Party Bus Rentals in Aurora
Partybusindenver.com is not a bus company. It is a quote-comparison website built specifically to help groups in Aurora and across the Denver metro find the right bus at the right price without calling a dozen companies and waiting on callbacks. Fill out one short form — date, group size, pickup and drop-off — and compare vehicles, amenities, and rates from a network of independently owned transportation companies serving the area.
You can do it all in seconds, any time, any day, with no account needed.
That means you are never limited to one fleet. An Aurora bachelorette party heading to RiNo, a corporate shuttle looping between the Denver Tech Center and Denver International Airport, a prom group in Centennial, a Rockies fan bus rolling into Coors Field — whatever the trip looks like, the network has different vehicle types and price points ready to compete for your business. Instead of starting from scratch with every company you call, you share your trip details once and see what fits.
Call 720-543-0102 anytime or use the online form now — pricing in about a minute.

Available Onboard Bus Amenities in Aurora
The right amenities depend entirely on the kind of trip you're running. Party buses in the network typically come with LED lighting, premium sound systems with Bluetooth connectivity, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — everything your group needs to keep the energy going between stops. Sprinter vans and Sprinter limos are a great fit for smaller executive transfers or wedding party pickups, with available features like leather seating, USB charging, and tinted windows.
For longer hauls — say, Aurora to Vail for a corporate ski retreat, or a full-day charter to a Broncos away game — a 56-passenger charter bus brings reclining seats, overhead storage, onboard restrooms, and undercarriage luggage bays that make the distance feel shorter. Amenities vary by vehicle, so comparing options through the form is the fastest way to find what fits your trip.

Party Bus Prices in Aurora
Aurora party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, the date, how many hours you need, and how much demand is in the market on your specific weekend. As a general planning guide: a minibus rental typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 per hour on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus generally falls in the $250–$375 per hour range.
A full 56-passenger charter bus runs roughly $200–$350 per hour. Per-day rates are available too — a 30-passenger party bus, for instance, can run $2,350–$3,050 for a full day.
Those are planning ranges, not quotes — your actual rate moves with the date, vehicle, and hours. The fastest way to see what YOUR trip costs is to fill out the quick form or call 720-543-0102. Pricing in about a minute, no obligation.

Stop Calling Around — Compare Aurora Party Buses Here
The Denver metro has no shortage of bus companies — but tracking them all down individually, describing your trip over and over, and then trying to compare quotes that never quite line up is exhausting. Partybusindenver.com exists to replace that whole process with one form.
Because this is a comparison site and not a single operator, you are never boxed into one fleet's availability. If one company is sold out on your date, options from other providers in the network are still visible. If your group grows from 22 to 38 people a week before the event, it is easy to go back and look at larger vehicle options without starting over.
For major demand events — Broncos home games, Red Rocks sold-out nights, Cinco de Mayo weekend on Colfax — the network's reach across multiple companies gives you a much better shot at finding something on short notice than cold-calling one operator at a time.
There is no account to create, no obligation when you request a quote, and a support team is available every day of the year at 720-543-0102 to help you sort through vehicle options, confirm your itinerary, and make sure the details are locked in. For a full look at group transportation across the Denver metro, visit the Denver group transportation services page.
Group Transportation Options in Aurora
From DEN airport transfers and Broncos game-day shuttles to wedding shuttles, bachelorette nights, prom, concert transportation, corporate shuttles, and school field trips — whatever brings your group together in Aurora, there is a bus in the network ready for it. Call 720-543-0102 to get your group moving!

Aurora Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Denver International Airport (DEN) (8500 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249) sits roughly 20–25 miles northeast of downtown Aurora — and if you have ever driven Peña Boulevard on a busy Friday afternoon with a group of 18 people and a mountain of luggage, you already know what a hassle that transfer can be. DEN's Ground Transportation Center is on Level 5 of the Parking Structure, where commercial buses and shuttles pick up passengers after baggage claim. Gather your full group and all luggage before calling for the bus — do not stage the pickup until everyone is together, because the commercial zone at DEN is actively managed and dwell time is limited.
A charter bus or minibus transfer from Aurora to DEN eliminates the per-person rideshare math, keeps the whole group on one schedule, and gets everyone to the terminal in a single move instead of a convoy of cars all fighting for the same hourly parking spots. For large corporate travel groups or convention shuttles running multiple days between Aurora hotels and the airport, a Denver metro airport transportation package through the network is the cleanest way to keep the logistics from eating your whole morning. Call 720-543-0102 to set it up.

Aurora Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A bachelorette night out of Aurora almost always ends up hitting Denver proper — RiNo craft breweries, LoDo rooftop bars, Colfax Avenue late-night spots — and the problem with driving is never finding the first parking spot. It is finding the fourth one, at 1:30 in the morning, after someone's shoes gave out two bars ago. Rideshare is fine for two people.
For a group of 16 heading to three different neighborhoods across the city, it becomes a per-stop logistical puzzle that drags on the energy every single time.
A party bus rental for an Aurora bachelorette or bachelor trip means one pickup address, one drop-off at each stop, and one ride back at whatever hour the group decides the night is actually over. The network has 15- to 50-passenger party buses with LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and flat-panel TVs — the kind of setup that makes the ride between stops as fun as the stops themselves. For smaller groups of 8–12, a Sprinter limo keeps it clean and personal.
Call 720-543-0102 now to check availability on your date.

Aurora Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Aurora has one of the largest Latino communities in Colorado, which means quinceañera season — typically May through August — is a genuinely high-demand window for party buses in the area. Reception venues like The Egg & I Events and banquet halls along Havana Street book up fast, and transportation requests follow the same curve. A birthday or quinceañera party bus rental that matches your event colors and seats the whole court in one vehicle makes the arrival a moment rather than a logistical footnote.
Sweet 16 groups, milestone birthday parties, and large family celebrations are all common fits for the 18- to 40-passenger range in the network.
For adult milestone birthdays heading from Aurora into Denver — a rooftop bar crawl through LoDo, a dinner reservation downtown followed by late-night stops in Capitol Hill — a 25-passenger party bus running roughly $275–$375 per hour on a weekend gives the group a mobile home base for the whole evening. No one coordinates a carpool. No one pays for parking.
Everyone gets home together. Call 720-543-0102 to see what's available on your date.

Aurora Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The two biggest concert draws near Aurora — Red Rocks Amphitheatre (18300 W Alameda Pkwy, Morrison, CO 80465) and Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre (6350 Greenwood Plaza Blvd, Greenwood Village, CO 80111) — both sit on the opposite side of the metro from Aurora, and neither one is forgiving on show nights. Red Rocks has a single main access road through Morrison, and it backs up for miles when a 10,000-seat show lets out at the same time. Fiddler's Green sits just off I-25 and Arapahoe Road, and the post-show merge onto I-25 northbound turns a 10-minute drive into 45 minutes without any warning.
A Denver-area concert bus rental from Aurora means your group loads up at one address, gets dropped at the venue entrance, and the bus is back to pick everyone up at a pre-arranged time — no one is stuck navigating the lot, circling for an exit, or calling rideshares that surge to 3x the moment the lights come up. Mission Ballroom in RiNo and Ball Arena downtown are also popular Aurora concert charter bus routes. Call 720-543-0102 to lock in a date before the show sells out.

Aurora Corporate Event Transportation
Aurora sits at the eastern edge of the Denver Tech Center corridor — one of Colorado's densest clusters of office parks, hotels, and conference venues — which makes shuttle logistics between Aurora addresses, DTC campuses, and downtown Denver a recurring logistical challenge for event planners. The I-225 and I-25 interchange near the Tech Center is one of the metro's most consistently congested interchanges during morning and evening drive times, and groups relying on rental cars or rideshare for multi-stop itineraries routinely arrive in waves instead of together.
A minibus or charter bus running a fixed shuttle circuit between Aurora hotels, the Denver Convention Center (700 14th St, Denver, CO 80202), and DTC office campuses keeps your team on one schedule and eliminates the coordination overhead entirely. Smaller executive groups transferring between Aurora and the airport for early flights can use a Sprinter van — USB charging and leather seating, no cargo chaos. For multi-day corporate events, the network can accommodate fleet requests across consecutive days.
Call 720-543-0102 or use the Denver corporate event transportation page to compare options.

Aurora Private Event Transportation Services
Aurora's event calendar has several weekends every year where transportation demand spikes hard enough to create genuine availability crunches. The Aurora Arts Festival in June draws large crowds to the Aurora Municipal Center area. Bolder Boulder in late May pulls tens of thousands of runners and spectators to Boulder — about 35 miles northwest of Aurora — and the Boulder Turnpike (US-36) is a parking and traffic nightmare from 6am until early afternoon.
Cinco de Mayo in Denver, one of the largest celebrations in the region, draws massive crowds to Civic Center Park and Colfax, with rideshare surges that regularly hit 2.5–3x on the Saturday of the weekend.
For family reunions, church group outings, and multi-venue private events, a Denver-area private event charter bus keeps your group on one itinerary without the coordination overhead of a multi-car caravan. A 56-passenger charter bus running a loop between Aurora and multiple Denver stops — think Denver Zoo, City Park, a dinner reservation in Cherry Creek — costs a flat, predictable rate while everyone else is fighting for the same parking garage. For high-demand weekends, book 6–8 weeks out minimum.
Call 720-543-0102 to check your date.

Aurora Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Aurora is home to several large high schools — Rangeview High School, Regis Jesuit High School, Cherokee Trail High School, Grandview High School, and others in the Cherry Creek and Aurora Public Schools districts — and prom season runs from late April through mid-May. Every school in the metro holds its prom within roughly a six-week window, and that compression means the best party buses in the network fill up fast. A 40-passenger party bus on a May Saturday night can run $325–$500 per hour, and availability at that price point dries up entirely for the most popular weekends.
For prom: book by January or expect limited availability and higher rates. Waiting until March or April to start looking will cost you significantly more — and may leave you without the vehicle size you wanted at any price. The Denver metro prom and homecoming transportation page has more detail on timing and vehicle options.
Call 720-543-0102 as soon as your prom date is confirmed to lock it in.

Aurora School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Aurora Public Schools and Cherry Creek School District together operate dozens of schools across the eastern Denver metro, and field trip logistics on a school bus budget get complicated fast. A charter bus from the network handles the same trip more comfortably — reclining seats, climate control, overhead storage for bags and gear, and onboard restrooms on select vehicles for longer drives. For trips to Denver Museum of Nature & Science (2001 Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80205), the Denver Zoo (2300 Steele St, Denver, CO 80205), or the History Colorado Center (1200 Broadway, Denver, CO 80203), a single charter bus keeps the class together from door to door.
Longer educational trips — STEM programs in Boulder, performing arts groups heading to venues downtown, athletic teams traveling to away tournaments across the Front Range — benefit from the undercarriage bay space and restroom access on a full-size charter bus. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; mention it when you request your quote. Teachers and trip coordinators can use the Denver school event transportation page to compare options, or call 720-543-0102 any time.

Aurora Sporting Event Transportation
Game day in Denver from Aurora almost always means I-225 to I-70, and the question is just how bad the merge is. For Broncos home games at Empower Field at Mile High (1701 Bryant St, Denver, CO 80204), tailgate lots open early and fill fast — Lot H off Federal Boulevard and Lot N by the stadium are gone by two hours before kickoff on a sold-out Sunday. Rideshare pickup after the game stacks up on Federal and 17th Avenue and can run 45–60 minutes for the queue to clear on a full house night.
A charter bus from Aurora drops your group on the stadium approach and picks everyone up at a pre-set time, bypassing the lot scramble entirely. For Rockies games at Coors Field and Avalanche or Nuggets games at Ball Arena, downtown parking during a concurrent game or event on the same night means garages fill up and street parking disappears — a charter bus or minibus that drops at the venue entrance is a straightforward answer. Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City is also an easy charter bus run from Aurora for Rapids games.
Call 720-543-0102 to set up your game-day group transportation.

Aurora Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Aurora and the surrounding Cherry Creek corridor have no shortage of wedding venues — Galeria Magnifica, The Manor House in Littleton, Chatfield Farms (8500 W Deer Creek Canyon Rd, Littleton, CO 80128), and a string of properties along the I-225 corridor that are beautiful on a Saturday afternoon and genuinely difficult to navigate in formalwear after dark. Guests staying in Aurora hotels and guests staying downtown are often 20–30 minutes apart, and asking everyone to coordinate their own ride to a venue they've never been to — and back again — is the kind of ask that leads to late arrivals and after-party attrition.
A Denver metro wedding shuttle runs a fixed loop between your hotel room block, the ceremony, and the reception, keeping the timeline tight and your guests relaxed. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a popular pick for the bridal party on the day itself — leather, USB charging, privacy glass. For large weddings with 80–150 guests spread across multiple hotels, a pair of minibuses running staggered departures is the cleanest solution.
Call 720-543-0102 to talk through the shuttle plan and compare options.

Aurora Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Colorado's Front Range wine and craft brewery scene has grown dramatically, and Aurora sits at a convenient hub distance from several popular routes. The Columbine Valley wine corridor along the South Platte, Breckenridge Brewery (2220 Blake St, Denver, CO 80205) in LoDo, Odell Brewing (2945 Larimer St, Denver, CO 80205) in RiNo, and a full circuit of Aurora's own craft taprooms — including Dry Dock Brewing (15120 E Hampden Ave, Aurora, CO 80014), one of Colorado's most decorated independent breweries — all make for excellent multi-stop itineraries.
The problem with driving a winery or brewery tour is always the last stop — someone draws the short straw and nurses a single beer while everyone else actually enjoys the afternoon. A Denver-area winery tour bus rental from Aurora solves that entirely. A 20- to 30-passenger party bus works perfectly for groups of friends hitting 4–5 taprooms across the metro — the bus stages nearby each stop and everyone is back on board when the round is done.
For weekend tours, rates run roughly $325–$425 per hour. Call 720-543-0102 to check availability and compare vehicles.

Frequently Asked Questions About Aurora Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybusindenver.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Partybusindenver.com?
Partybusindenver.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company and does not provide transportation directly. The site lets you fill out one form and compare party buses, charter buses, and minibus rentals from a network of independently owned transportation companies serving Aurora and the broader Denver metro.
You see different vehicle options, different price points, and different availability — all in one place, without calling each company separately.
How does Partybusindenver.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — into the online form. In seconds, you'll see vehicle options and pricing from companies in the network serving your area. No account needed.
No obligation. If you want help comparing options or have questions about a specific itinerary, a support team is available every day of the year at 720-543-0102 to walk you through it.
How much does a party bus cost in Aurora?
Aurora party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle size, date, and how many hours you need. As a planning guide: a minibus typically runs $200–$275/hour; a 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $275–$375/hour on a weekend; a 40-passenger party bus can run $325–$500/hour on a busy Saturday night. Per-day packages are also available.
These are planning ranges — your actual rate depends on your specific date, vehicle, and itinerary. Fill out the form or call 720-543-0102 and you can have pricing for your trip in about a minute.
Do I need to book round-trip, or can I book a one-way transfer?
Both are available through the network. One-way transfers are common for airport pickups, cruise terminal drops, and point-to-point corporate shuttles. Round-trip and multi-stop packages work well for bar crawls, wedding circuits, and event days with a defined departure and return.
When you request your quote, just describe the trip as it actually looks — one-way, round-trip, or multi-stop — and the options you see will reflect that itinerary.
What is the best vehicle size for a group of 20–25 people?
A 25-passenger party bus or a 28-passenger party bus is typically the right fit for groups in that range. If your group is right at 20 and everyone knows each other well, a 20-passenger party bus works fine. If you're carrying extra luggage — airport runs, overnight trips to the mountains — size up to a minibus with undercarriage storage.
When you fill out the form, the group size field helps the network surface the vehicle options that actually fit.
Can a charter bus get to Red Rocks Amphitheatre from Aurora?
Yes — and it is one of the most popular routes in the Denver metro for charter buses. Red Rocks sits about 35–40 miles west of Aurora, accessed via I-70 West to the Morrison Road exit. The access road into the venue is a single lane in each direction and backs up significantly on sold-out show nights, so arrival timing matters.
A charter bus drops your group at the main entrance and returns for pickup at a pre-set time — no one is circling for a parking spot on a steep canyon road in the dark. Read more on the Red Rocks charter bus guide.
Are there vehicles that work for groups with passengers who need ADA accessibility?
ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network. When you request a quote — either through the form or by calling 720-543-0102 — mention the accessibility requirement up front so the options you see reflect that need. This is especially relevant for school field trips, corporate events with mixed mobility needs, and wedding shuttles carrying elderly guests.
It is always better to flag it at the quote stage than to sort it out the day before.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Aurora trips, 4–8 weeks of lead time gives you solid availability and competitive pricing. For high-demand windows — Broncos home games, Red Rocks sold-out shows, prom weekends in late April and May, Cinco de Mayo weekend, and New Year's Eve — book 2–3 months out. For prom specifically, book by January.
The best vehicles at the most competitive rates go first, and the gap between early-booking pricing and last-minute pricing on a peak-demand Saturday can run $100–$200 per hour or more. Call 720-543-0102 as soon as your date is confirmed.
Popular Aurora Party Bus Destinations
Aurora is well-positioned for day trips and night-out routes in every direction — downtown Denver is 15 minutes west, Red Rocks is 40 minutes southwest, the Denver Tech Center is 10 minutes south, and DEN is 20 minutes northeast. Here are six popular destinations that Aurora groups book bus trips to most often.

Empower Field at Mile High
Empower Field at Mile High (1701 Bryant St, Denver, CO 80204) holds 76,125 for Broncos games and hosts major stadium concerts and college football bowl games throughout the year. From Aurora, the standard approach is I-225 North to I-70 West to the Federal Boulevard exit — and on a Sunday afternoon game, that stretch of I-70 is stop-and-go from the I-225 interchange all the way to the stadium. Tailgate lots on the south and west sides of the stadium open 4 hours before kickoff, and the closest ones to the gates — Lot H and Lot N — sell out in advance for home games.
Post-game, rideshare staging on Federal backs up for 45–60 minutes on a sold-out night. A charter bus from Aurora drops your group at the stadium approach and handles the pickup, so nobody sits in that rideshare queue. Check the official Empower Field website for current lot assignments and road closure schedules before game day.
Read the full Empower Field charter bus guide for more detail.

Coors Field
Coors Field (2001 Blake St, Denver, CO 80205) sits in the heart of LoDo, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and a parking situation that gets complicated fast when the Rockies have a night game on a Friday. Street parking in the immediate LoDo blocks is metered and typically full by first pitch, and the private lots within a few blocks of the park run $20–$40 on a weekend game. From Aurora, the drive is I-225 North to I-70 West to I-25 North — manageable on a Tuesday, genuinely slow on a busy summer Friday.
The real issue is the post-game corridor on Blake and Larimer, where foot traffic and vehicle traffic merge into the same block. A bus drops your group at the stadium entrance on Blake Street and stages nearby, so the ninth-inning crowd push is something you watch from the bus window rather than wade through. See the Coors Field charter bus guide for more logistics.
We recommend checking the official Rockies transportation page for current gameday parking guidance.

Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Red Rocks Amphitheatre (18300 W Alameda Pkwy, Morrison, CO 80465) is a 9,525-seat outdoor venue carved into the Rocky Mountain foothills, and it is one of the most logistically challenging concert destinations in Colorado for a group coming from the Aurora side of the metro. The drive runs about 35–40 miles from Aurora — I-225 to I-70 West to the Morrison exit — and the final stretch on Morrison Road and the venue access road is a two-lane approach that backs up for miles on a sold-out night. Parking at Red Rocks is free but fills completely for major shows, with overflow lots added on the highway shoulder below.
A charter bus from Aurora sidesteps all of that — your group gets dropped at the main entrance off Trading Post Road, and the bus returns for a pre-arranged pickup after the encore. We recommend checking the official Red Rocks transportation page before your visit for current parking and road closure details. The Red Rocks charter bus guide has the full logistics breakdown.
Address: 18300 W Alameda Pkwy, Morrison, CO 80465 | Phone: (720) 865-2494

Dry Dock Brewing Company
Dry Dock Brewing Company (15120 E Hampden Ave, Aurora, CO 80014) is one of Colorado's most award-winning independent craft breweries and, conveniently, sits right in Aurora. The South Dock taproom is the main production facility and features a full beer garden, rotating tap list, and food trucks on weekends. For Aurora groups planning a Front Range brewery circuit — Dry Dock as the anchor stop, then working west through Denver's RiNo corridor to breweries like Odell or Great Divide — a party bus running the full route means no one is stuck as the designated stop-counter.
Dry Dock's parking lot is adequate for cars but tight for oversized vehicles, so plan your bus staging logistics in advance, especially on a busy Saturday afternoon. For private event rentals at the taproom, the venue accommodates groups and the outdoor space is a popular birthday and corporate outing spot. Check the official Dry Dock visit page for current hours and event availability.
Address: 15120 E Hampden Ave, Aurora, CO 80014 | Phone: (303) 400-5606

Ball Arena
Ball Arena (1000 Chopper Cir, Denver, CO 80204) is home to the Nuggets, Avalanche, and Colorado Mammoth, and hosts major touring concerts and events year-round — about 150+ events annually. It sits in the Auraria district of downtown Denver, right off I-25 and Colfax Avenue, where street parking is nearly nonexistent on event nights and the surrounding surface lots fill up 90 minutes before tipoff. From Aurora, the drive is a straight shot west on I-225 to I-70 to I-25 South — 25–35 minutes in normal conditions, closer to 60 on a Thursday night Avalanche playoff game.
Official bus and taxi drop-off is on Chopper Circle, adjacent to the main arena entrance. After the event, rideshare staging moves to designated zones near the arena but backs up significantly on sold-out nights. The Ball Arena charter bus guide has the full drop-off and parking breakdown.
Check the official Ball Arena parking page before your visit.

Denver International Airport (DEN)
Denver International Airport (8500 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249) is the third-busiest airport in the United States and the closest major airport to Aurora — roughly 20–25 miles northeast via E-470 or I-70 to Peña Boulevard. The airport's Ground Transportation Center is on Level 5 of the Parking Structure, accessed from the Main Terminal after baggage claim. Daily parking at DEN runs $30/day in Economy lots — for a group of 15 driving three cars on a week-long trip, that is $90/day or $630 before you've landed.
A charter bus or minibus from Aurora to DEN eliminates that math entirely and gets everyone to the terminal on one schedule instead of three. The official commercial bus pickup procedure requires the full group and all luggage to be assembled before staging the bus — do not call for the vehicle until everyone is together. See the full DEN airport shuttle guide or check the official DEN ground transportation page for current commercial vehicle procedures.
